Foam Roller

A full-length EVA roller for Pilates posture work, spinal support, mobility and recovery. Ideal for core control, chest opening and full-body release.

This is one of our most popular products and has been viewed by over 20 million people worldwide, made famous by Pilates by Cat on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and YouTube.

It's worthwhile noting that the foam roller can take some getting used to. It is a firm, high density foam and can be a little unforgiving until it softens up and/or you get used to it. For those that are already using hardshell foam rollers (solid cores) or polystyrene foam rollers, this is a significant improvement on comfort and useability.

If you're looking to replace or refund the roller because it's not comfortable, please note that we only do exchanges or store credit for opened products. Likewise, the return shipping isn't covered as it is a large bulky item, although we do offer very competitive shipping rates for returns.

If you're looking to make your foam roller more comfortable, use a towel to cover the roller until you get familiar with it!
